I…

  • Watch HGTV & DIY Network like I approach science fiction, “Yeah… that’s not going to happen!”  But it’s a more healthy perspective than the way I used to watch it, “Yeah… I could totally install hardwood floors throughout my house in an afternoon.  Hey Kevin, let’s go buy new floors!”
  • Laugh every time Jade The Boxer farts. Seriously, even if they are painfully stinky, they make me laugh every single time.  Pretty much everything she does makes me laugh or smile.  She’s awesome!
  • Have an obsession for peanut M&M’s.  Ever since I allowed myself to start eating candy again, they have been my number one pick.
  • Get frustrated with movie trailers. It used to feel like I enjoyed movies a lot more than I do now. But lately it feels like trailers feature the only good parts in movies, or they completely misrepresent the movie.
  • Wish I didn’t have to sit all the damn day for my work. In fact, I wish I could blog, tweet and run for my income.  My husband responded to this by saying, “So, you don’t want to work.”  Touche’
  • Love Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.  It just speaks to me.
  • Want to buy a Clarisonic brush/cleaner… but they are so expensive. I bought the cheapo Neutrogena one and it works swell but I hate the little pads. So then I wonder if the Olay version would do.  But then I wonder if I would end up buying every single one of them and if it would have been smarter to just buy the expensive one in the first place?
  • Even though I have “stuff” that I want (see previous entry) I also have a slight desire to throw everything away and start over.
  • Need more places to go. I bought some cute sandals and I want to buy more pairs of them. However, when most of my time is spent working from home or coaching running, I don’t have places to wear cute sandals.
  • Know that Retro Bakery cupcakes are way better than Sprinkles cupcakes!
  • Still consider deleting this site nearly every week. But I don’t do it.

  1. Glad you don’t delete because I love when you take a moment and write something.

  2. Ironically, I bought a Clarisonic Mia last year and I often wonder if I could’ve just bought a cheaper version. It’s alright, but not that great and I have to force myself to use it. (Plus, I have some broken capillaries on my cheeks which are exacerbated by it.) Honestly, I’m far more impressed by they cleaning/renewing factor of a new mask I’ve been using.

As for your sandals, plenty of people can’t wear sandals to work. Surely you can wear them grocery shopping, to the movies, to Retro Bakery, out to dinner, etc. :)

    Don’t delete the site.
