My Thoughts:
Ugh… I really, really, really didn’t like this film. I saw it a while ago with my mom and just now can stomach writing something about it. Although, I seriously doubt I’ll forget that I saw it and rent it or something, the torture is seared into my brain. But it’s a good torture that makes me feel like I’m part of “the crowd” and can hold my own in discussions about pop culture or make snide remarks about this if I’m ever asked to be a commentator on a VH1 special about the year in pop culture.

Too much of this film made me feel like a creepy voyeur, staring in at moments of people’s lives that I shouldn’t see. From Bella screaming in her bed in agony over her true love being gone, to awkwardly exchanged kisses between people that have very little on-screen chemistry to kids playing some fancy, over-budgeted game of make-believe… it just wasn’t any good.

But guess what, I’ll still see the next film in the series. Although, perhaps not in the theatre… unless I find it in a dollar theatre. Do those still exist?

My Rating: -5 out of 5 stars!

  1. We watched it on line. I feel better for not spending a dime on it.
