I just had to share that with the world. I’m quite pleased.

Woohoo! I love using herbs and vegetables I’ve grown myself. It makes me feel so virtuous and Little-House-on-the-Prairieish.
Wooo!!!! Was it delicious? Mission accomplished.
Bethany Actually: I love that, “Little-House-on-the-Prairieish”. But it is very fitting!
Sparklie: Yes, it was really good. Probably even more tasty than if I’d bought the components at the store since I was so proud of myself!
Awesome! A caprese quesadilla!
I never would have thought of adding tomatoes to the quesadilla but it sounds delicious. Eating anything you’ve grown or made by yourself is always very rewarding.
well done!!
There is something to be said for something home grown. Much more love involved, I guess.
How ironic. My neighbor just gave me a bunch of tomatoes that they grew. I made a yummy tomato, fresh basil and mozzarella salad today for lunch. Yeah I agree it would have tasted better if I grew it all myself..I have a black thumb but I can make killer homemade tortillas though..
YAY! They made it. I just discovered several ripe tomatoes in my garden this evening. It’s always quite the accomplishment if you can make things grow here.
oh, yum. I love it when gardening season starts up again.
