On the outside, I try to project an image of having it all together. But underneath that, I'm kind of a disaster. Hence... the name of the site: GlossyVeneer. As if the stupid Neon wasn’t hurting enough, some asshole decided they needed to throw a rock through my car’s window and steal the stereo. Apparently they tried breaking the windshield and managed to crack it really badly in two areas. Then they threw a rock through the driver’s side window, completely destroying the window and then they stole the stereo. Maybe they did it in a completely different order than that. I don’t know how criminals think. I’m guessing that they don’t think.

Why couldn’t I get an overachiever criminal that stole the whole car? Oh yeah…. the stupid car isn’t running at all.
So now I have to spend tomorrow talking to the police and the mechanic and the insurance. The bills are now amounting to more than the car is worth.
