Survivor 3 debuted last night. I’m not into the cast that much yet (how could I be after one episode) but I am all for booting off Tom, the old hick that is ornery as hell. And I thought the Boran tribe was a little quick to yell at Clarence about the can of beans. When they left to get water, Diane was sitting there practically dead and when they got back she was up and around. Obviously the beans helped her. But when she realized she might be kicked off, she had to do something — so let’s blame Clarence! This cast is definitely more….vocal than the last cast. Everyone said Survivor 2 people were boring, but I liked that they truly enjoyed one another’s company. And I can’t say anything about the first one because I never got to see it because I worked at a FOX affiliate during prime time. I watched FOX programming. I can tell you almost everything that happened on That 70′s Show during that time!!

I was contacted by the University of Texas and they are doing research on personal home pages. What they are doing is seeing if people that view a personal home page get an accurate impression of a person’s personality. My homepage is being used in this research. I’m interested in seeing the results of this for a couple reasons. 1 – I want to see if people get an accurate idea of my personality from my page. What if they assume that I’m some psychopath or a man or something weird like that. And 2 – Since I’m a web designer myself, maybe this will give me a better idea as to how people think when viewing a website. I know a personal web page is a far cry from the educational site that I am in charge of, but some ideas could carry over. It’s an interesting idea.
